Our July Market Applications Are OPEN until 5/1 OR until we reach our maximum vendors.
Please Note: Once you apply for any of our markets and pay your vendor fee, you are automatically ACCEPTED into our market. You MUST pay your vendor fee within 15 days of receipt, or we will give your spot to another vendor on our waitlist. Please review our FAQ page for further policies and procedures. You will receive several logistic emails leading up to the event. We are so happy to have you with us! 🌈
Quick Note For Vendors
Our small but mighty team will handle signage for your table and all marketing efforts leading up to the event. We will also send lead-up emails with any updates in logistics and a full schedule of what to expect the day of!
We have a sliding scale vendor fee from $35 to $135 with a processing fee max for our larger markets to offset the costs of advertising, vendor snacks, and drinks, coordinating the kid’s tent, paying for event insurance, paying the organizer stipend, and more. We ask all vendors to consider giving a small donation to the Queer Youth Advocacy Retreat after the market. We have a collective goal of $10K for the retreat to ensure this queer and trans joy youth retreat remains accessible. Our smaller pop-ups have different beneficiaries, which are indicated on our Pop-Up Market page.
Finally, when you submit the form and issue your vendor fee payment, please consider your application ACCEPTED. You will receive logistical information for the Market at least two weeks before the event!
